One cup of almond milk, one banana, ½ tsp cocoa powder, a spoon of chia seeds, and one scoop of protein powder.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them well until it attains the desired consistency. If you prefer the smoothie to be chilled, you can add ice cubes during blending or frozen bananas.

The Popeye smoothie
Now let us go to a plant-based protein smoothie, yeah, it’s a green smoothie.

The Mango-Spirulina Punch Smoothie
When its summer and mango season are here, why not a mango smoothie, with those extra nutrients?
One mango, one tablespoon of spirulina powder, one banana, one tablespoon of oats, ½ cup of almond milk, one tablespoon of almond butter, and one scoop of protein powder.
Clean all the ingredients, put all the ingredients into a blender along with a few cubes of ice and blend them well until it attains the desired consistency. Enjoy the cool mouth-watering smoothie.

The Vegan smoothie

One cup of Blueberries, one banana, one cup of spinach, one cup of soy milk, and one spoon of chia seeds. Clean all the ingredients, put all the ingredients into a blender along with a few cubes of ice and blend them well until it attains the desired consistency. Enjoy the nutritious smoothie.

The Red Velvet Smoothie
One cup beetroot chopped, one cup carrot chopped five leaves of kale, one tablespoon of lemon juice, half a cup of blackberries, a piece of ginger, and two pieces of pineapple. Clean all the ingredients before chopping, place all the ingredients into a blender along with a few cubes of ice, and blend them well until it attains the desired consistency.
